Ceimin does not select seals by size alone. Based on paired test data between sealing materials and counterface materials, we match compounds by temperature, media and motion type, then select spring compensation, reciprocating, high-speed low-torque or high-pressure anti-extrusion structures according to runout, speed and pressure.

Based on material data and sealing structure experience, Ceimin turns application conditions into manufacturable, inspectable and traceable product solutions.
- Material matching: PTFE, UPE, PEEK and PPS high-performance composite materials, FFKM perfluoroelastomer compounds and high-performance alloys such as Elgiloy, Inconel and Hastelloy.
- Structural design: Rotary, reciprocating, static and face sealing structures.
- Quality control: Incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection covering material composition, performance, dimensions, sealing performance and service-life testing.
