Based on material data and sealing structure experience, Ceimin turns application conditions into manufacturable, inspectable and traceable product solutions.

  • Material matching: PTFE, UPE, PEEK and PPS high-performance composite materials, FFKM perfluoroelastomer compounds and high-performance alloys such as Elgiloy, Inconel and Hastelloy.
  • Structural design: Rotary, reciprocating, static and face sealing structures.
  • Quality control: Incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection covering material composition, performance, dimensions, sealing performance and service-life testing.
  • Compliance support: FDA, RoHS, third-party test reports and CNAS-accredited laboratory test reports can be provided where applicable.
